Jean Paul Lim, MD, FRCPC, is a highly trained medical professional with over 13 years of experience. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology on an academic scholarship, a Medical Degree, and completed advanced training in Internal Medicine and Echocardiography at the University of British Columbia (UBC).

Jean Paul Lim specializes in a proactive, holistic approach to health, treating the whole person rather than isolated symptoms. Certified in anti-aging medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), he is a leader in medical cannabis and psychedelic-assisted therapy. His expertise integrates innovative health practices with personalized plans that prioritize diet, exercise, and nutrients as the foundation for addressing complex issues.

He envisions a shift in healthcare toward prevention and balance. In his free time, Jean Paul Lim enjoys quality time with his family and staying active through sports.

Constanza Moraga, CNP

Constanza Moraga is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition and a physician from Chile. With postgraduate studies and certifications in Lifestyle Medicine, Integrative Nutrition, and Gut Microbiome specialization, she brings a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to health and wellness.

Passionate about addressing the root causes of health issues, Connie integrates nutrition, microbiome health, and lifestyle habits into personalized management plans for her patients.

Tier 1

Achieve your weight loss goals with a program tailored to your body. Tier 1 includes genetic testing, personalized exercise and nutrition plans, and weekly follow-ups. With expert support and ongoing adjustments, we’ll ensure your plan works for you every step of the way.

Tier 2

Tier 2 includes a physician assessment to address health conditions or medications contributing to weight gain. Hormone testing and prescription medications like Ozempic, Wegovy or Mounjaro may be recommended if needed to support your weight loss journey.
